Campground software without another software bill
Flow Core is included when your park uses WebDaVinci Payments. Get reservations, seasonal payment plans, integrated payments, browser-based POS, and front-desk operations without a separate monthly or per-reservation software fee.
WebDaVinci Payments is subject to merchant underwriting and approval. Hardware, optional services, custom development, and non-standard migration may cost extra.
Compare the whole stack, not one percentage
Flow is not the lowest standalone card-processing rate. It is a payment-funded campground platform.
Major processors charge for moving the money. Flow uses a portion of its combined payment rate to provide the campground software surrounding the transaction.
Cost of a $150 online card payment
| Provider | Public rate used | Cost on $150 | Campground operating software |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2.9% + $0.30 |
$4.65 | Not included | |
| 2.9% + $0.30 |
$4.65 | Not included | |
| 2.99% + $0.49 |
$4.98 | Not included | |
| 3.9% + $0.30 |
$6.15 | Flow Core included |
Against the familiar 2.9% + $0.30 online benchmark, Flow is $1.50 more on a $150 booking. Flow Core is included, with no separate monthly or per-reservation software bill.
This example uses standard published US online-card rates. In-person, manually entered, international, volume-based, and custom rates may differ. Select any provider to see details and official sources. Public rates last verified August 19, 2026.
Now compare the software layer
A standalone processor does not normally include campground reservation and operating software. Campground platforms frequently add a per-reservation fee, a monthly minimum, a flat subscription, or a custom quote on top of payment processing.
Public Pricing Models
| Provider | Publicly stated pricing model | Cost tied to a $150 booking | Monthly floor |
|---|---|---|---|
| WebDaVinci Flow | Payment-funded at 3.9% + $0.30 | $1.50 above a 2.9% + $0.30 benchmark | None |
| $3 per reservation | $3.00 | $99 | |
| $3.50 per reservation | $3.50 | $99 | |
| $3.50 per unit booked | $3.50 | No monthly fee for short-term reservations | |
| Custom flat pricing based on units and seasonality | Custom quote | Custom quote | |
| Monthly billing with flexible options | Public numerical price not displayed | Custom quote |
Flow’s $1.50 figure is not a separately billed software fee. It is the difference between Flow’s combined rate and the selected 2.9% + $0.30 online-processing benchmark on a $150 payment.
| Provider | Neutral processing baseline | Published software amount | Illustrative total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flow | Included in Flow rate | Included | $6.15 |
| CampLife | $4.65 | $3.00 | $7.65 |
| RoverPass | $4.65 | $3.50 | $8.15 |
| Firefly | $4.65 | $3.50 | $8.15 |
The competitor totals use the same illustrative 2.9% + $0.30 processing baseline so visitors can isolate the software layer. This does not mean those providers use Stripe or guarantee that processing rate. Actual processor, gateway, card, contract, and volume terms vary.
Your software cost should follow your season
A seasonal park can continue receiving a monthly software bill even when its gate is closed and reservation activity is low. Flow has no monthly software minimum. When electronic payment volume falls, Flow’s cost falls with it.
A closed gate does not always mean zero business. Use your actual booking and payment activity for the most accurate comparison.
Calculator results identify assumptions and are illustrative, not guaranteed savings figures.
Use ACH for larger seasonal payments
Flow ACH is 1% per transaction, capped at $10. That makes it especially useful for larger seasonal deposits, recurring payments, and payment plans.
A $2,500 payment costs $10 by Flow ACH. The same amount processed at Flow’s standard card rate would cost $97.80.
| ACH payment | Flow ACH charge | Effective percentage |
|---|---|---|
| $500 | $5.00 | 1.00% |
| $1,000 | $10.00 | 1.00% |
| $2,500 | $10.00 | 0.40% |
| $5,000 | $10.00 | 0.20% |

Easily embed costs into your published rates
Flow lets the campground maintain a private internal operating rate and calculate the final guest-facing rate with a percentage adjustment, a fixed-dollar adjustment, or both.
Guests see the final published price from the beginning. Nothing labeled Cost Recovery, Platform Recovery, or processing fee is added later at checkout, and the published rate remains the same regardless of whether the guest pays by card, ACH, cash, or check.
Expandable example
If a park’s internal operating rate is $100 and it uses a 4% plus $1 adjustment, the guest sees a published price of $105 from the beginning. Cost-Recovery Rate Setting is a rate-setting tool. It does not guarantee that every cost will be recovered on every transaction.

How this comparison works
This page compares publicly available standard US pricing as of the verification date shown. Rates may vary based on payment type, card type, monthly volume, hardware, location, contract terms, custom negotiation, optional services, and other factors.
The payment-processor chart compares online card transactions. Other transaction types may have lower or higher rates.
Where a campground software provider charges separately for software and payments, the estimated all-in view applies the same neutral processing benchmark to isolate the software layer. It does not claim that the provider uses that processor or guarantees that rate.
Custom-quote providers are not assigned a price unless the visitor enters an actual quote.
This is a pricing-model comparison, not a complete feature comparison. Verify current pricing and contract terms directly with each provider before making a purchasing decision.

Frequently asked questions
Is Flow Core free?
Flow Core has no separate monthly or per-reservation software fee. It is funded through WebDaVinci Payments, which charges 3.9% + $0.30 per card transaction.
Why is Flow’s card rate higher than Stripe’s standard online rate?
Stripe is primarily a payment platform. Flow combines payment processing with campground reservation and operating software. On a $150 online card payment, the difference between Flow and a 2.9% + $0.30 benchmark is $1.50.
Do we have to use WebDaVinci Payments?
Yes. The payment-funded Flow Core offer requires electronic card and ACH transactions processed through Flow to use WebDaVinci Payments. Cash and check transactions may still be recorded without a WebDaVinci transaction charge.
What is the ACH rate?
ACH is 1% per transaction, capped at $10.
Does Flow charge while our campground is closed?
Flow has no monthly software fee or minimum processing-volume requirement. Transaction fees apply only when electronic payments are processed. A seasonal park may still process deposits or advance reservations while physically closed.
Can we pass payment costs to guests?
Flow allows the park to embed operating and payment costs into its published rates through Cost-Recovery Rate Setting. Guests see the final price from the beginning rather than receiving a later processing-fee line item.
Is the Flow rate different for online and card-present transactions?
No. Flow’s standard card rate is 3.9% + $0.30 for online, keyed, card-on-file, and card-present transactions.
Is hardware included?
No. Parks purchase compatible terminals, receipt printers, cash drawers, and other required hardware separately.
Are these competitor prices guaranteed?
No. The comparison uses publicly displayed standard pricing as of the verification date. Custom, negotiated, seasonal, volume-based, and transaction-specific rates may differ.
Is a long-term software contract required?
No long-term Flow Core software contract is currently required. Merchant processing remains subject to the applicable payment agreement.
What support is included?
Standard email support is included.
