Workplace Model
WebDaVinci is a remote-first, framework-driven technology company. We hire intrapreneurial operators – individuals who take ownership, improve systems, and think beyond assigned tasks. Initiative is expected. So is disciplined execution.
Work is organized around outcomes, architectural integrity, and measurable progress. We value clear thinking, documentation, and durable solutions over reactive activity.
Meetings are purposeful and limited. Deep work is protected. Decisions are documented. Accountability is explicit.
In-person collaboration or travel may occur when strategically necessary, but presence is not performance.
Ownership & Intrapreneurship
We define intrapreneurship as:

WebDaVinci rewards value creation and long-term alignment.
Certain roles, including customer success, support, and partner-facing functions, may operate on performance-based or commission-based structures. In some cases, compensation may include recurring components aligned with sustained customer relationships and revenue retention.
Our compensation models are designed to:
