Flow supports RV sites, tent sites, cabins, seasonal guests, nightly reservations, and staff-assisted bookings. Park maps, rates, policies, sites, and payment workflows are configured for each property.
What Flow Core handles today
Flow Core brings essential reservation, payment, and front-desk workflows together in one system.
Flow works with compatible payment terminals, cash drawers, receipt printers, and other equipment selected from our supported-hardware list. Parks purchase the compatible equipment they need.
Built for nightly and seasonal operations
Flow supports the guest-facing reservation experience along with the operational work performed by campground staff.
Create seasonal reservations, assign sites, collect full or partial payments, establish monthly payment plans, and automatically process scheduled card or ACH transactions.
Staff can also create reservations, accept payments, and manage front-desk transactions through Flow's browser-based back office and POS.
Build operating costs into your published rates
Flow lets your park maintain a private internal operating rate and calculate the final retail rate shown to guests using a percentage and/or fixed adjustment.
For example, if the internal operating rate is $100 and the park applies a 4% adjustment, the guest sees a published rate of $104 from the beginning.
Nothing called Cost Recovery, Platform Recovery, or a processing fee is added later during checkout. The published rate remains the same regardless of how the guest pays.

We configure Flow around your park map, sites, accommodation types, rates, add-ons, policies, and payment workflows. We also help establish the integrated merchant account and validate compatible front-desk hardware.
Most standard park configurations can be prepared in approximately one week after the required park information and merchant approval are available.
The Flow Roadmap
Flow Core provides the operational foundation available at launch. Additional Core improvements and optional extensions will be released after they are production-ready.
