Acceptable Use Policy
Guidelines for using WebDaVinci products and services
Effective date: March 29, 2026
Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of all products and services provided by WebDaVinci, LLC ("WebDaVinci"), including WebDaVinci Flow, WebDaVinci Ops, and any associated websites, APIs, and platforms. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Permitted Use
Our services are intended for lawful business purposes. You may use WebDaVinci products to:
- Manage reservations, operations, and customer relationships for your business
- Process payments and transactions through approved payment processors
- Store and manage business data, documents, and communications
- Build and manage websites, forms, and workflows using our platform tools
- Integrate with third-party services through our APIs and connectors
Prohibited Activities
You may not use WebDaVinci services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
- Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or networks
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our services without written permission
- Host or distribute illegal, defamatory, or obscene content
- Engage in fraudulent transactions or misrepresent your identity
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Use our services for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive activities unrelated to your account purpose
- Store or process data in violation of applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, or PCI-DSS where applicable)
Resource Usage
You agree to use system resources responsibly. Excessive API calls, storage consumption, or bandwidth usage that impacts other users or system stability may result in rate limiting, throttling, or account review. We reserve the right to set and enforce usage limits at our discretion.
Data and Privacy
You are responsible for all data you upload, store, or process through our services. You must ensure you have the necessary rights and consents to collect and use any personal data. You must not store sensitive payment card data outside of PCI-compliant systems provided by our approved payment processors. WebDaVinci is not responsible for data you share with third-party integrations.
Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must promptly notify WebDaVinci of any unauthorized access or security breach. You agree not to test, probe, or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in our systems without prior written authorization.
Enforcement
WebDaVinci reserves the right to investigate violations of this AUP. If a violation is confirmed, we may take action including but not limited to:
- Issuing a warning
- Suspending or restricting access to services
- Terminating your account
- Removing content that violates this policy
- Reporting violations to law enforcement where required
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to support@webdavinci.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Seller Responsibilities and Payment Compliance
WebDaVinci provides a software platform for independent businesses ("Sellers") to manage reservations, customer interactions, and operations. WebDaVinci is not the merchant of record for transactions between Sellers and their customers and does not process or hold customer funds.
Sellers are solely responsible for:
- The goods and services they offer
- Fulfilling all reservations and services
- Handling refunds, cancellations, and disputes
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Sellers must comply with all requirements of any payment processors they use, including PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy where applicable.
Sellers may not use WebDaVinci services to offer or facilitate:
- Illegal goods or services
- Gambling or betting activities (unless properly licensed and approved)
- Adult or sexually explicit services
- Controlled substances or drug-related products
- Weapons, ammunition, or restricted items
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading offers
- Any activity prohibited by applicable payment processors
WebDaVinci reserves the right to suspend or remove any Seller found to be in violation of these requirements.
