How Flow is used at Kayuta Lake Campground

Kayuta Lake Campground gives WebDaVinci a real operating environment for developing and testing Flow’s reservation, payment, and front-desk workflows. This page documents that relationship and the current product scope without presenting Kayuta as an independent customer.

Affiliated implementation disclosure

Kayuta Lake Campground is affiliated with WebDaVinci and is part of the environment used to develop and test Flow. This is not an independent customer review. No quantified savings or performance outcome is claimed because this page does not present a controlled before-and-after study.

Why this environment matters

Product work begins with campground operations

The affiliated relationship gives the WebDaVinci team access to reservation and front-desk workflows in an operating campground setting. It helps the team see how staff move between guest booking, site assignments, payments, receipts, and transaction records.

What this evidence can establish

  • Flow is built around observed campground reservation and front-desk workflows.
  • Campground staff have used the reservation experience and provided attributed feedback.
  • The environment can surface configuration and workflow changes during development.

What it cannot establish

  • Independent customer satisfaction or broad market fit.
  • A universal implementation timeline for every campground.
  • Measured savings, revenue growth, conversion gains, or staff-time reductions.

Current workflows

The operating areas Flow is built to connect

Current versus planned

The roadmap is kept outside this implementation record

This page describes current reservation, payment, and front-desk capabilities. OTA channel management, smart-meter integrations, payroll services, managed marketing and SEO, and other roadmap items are not presented as live Kayuta workflows.

Evaluate your own fit

A park should test its own requirements

An affiliated implementation shows product grounding, but it does not prove that Flow fits a different park. Bring your inventory, pricing rules, integrations, seasonal schedule, payment methods, and staff scenarios to the demo.
