Seasonal site assignments
Connect the guest, selected site, stay period, and payment record.
Seasonal campground operations
Seasonal campground software should keep the site assignment, deposit, balance, and scheduled payments tied to one reservation record. Flow supports that current workflow for parks that collect seasonal balances by card or ACH.
One seasonal record
Staff can assign a site, record the seasonal stay, collect a full or partial payment, and establish scheduled transactions for the remaining balance. The reservation remains the operational record instead of splitting the customer across a booking tool and a separate payment spreadsheet.

Seasonal cost model
Flow Core has no monthly software minimum. Transaction charges still apply when a park accepts deposits or advance payments while the gate is closed. Our pricing page separates processing cost from the software layer and lets you model the months your park operates.
