Front desk and store transactions
Campground POS software should give staff one place to record front-desk sales, issue receipts, and review transactions alongside reservation activity. Flow provides a browser-based POS with registers, payment records, receipts, and transaction reporting.
Reservation payments
Staff can create a reservation, collect a full or partial payment, and review the transaction in Flow. Card, ACH, cash, and check activity follow their applicable handling and pricing rules.
Front-desk sales
Use the browser-based POS for front-desk transactions, then issue receipts and review activity through register and transaction reports.
Current scope
Staff use Flow in a supported browser rather than relying on a separate desktop reservation program.
Organize front-desk transaction activity through the available register workflow.

Review recorded sales and payments in Flow’s transaction reporting.

Hardware and rates
Flow Core is included when the campground uses WebDaVinci Payments. Compatible hardware is purchased separately. Optional payment terminals have a monthly pass-through fee, and transaction charges follow the published card or ACH terms.
